Privacy
Privacy policy.
What we collect when you contact us, why, and how to have it removed. In short: we use your details to answer you, and nothing else.
Who we are
This website is run by Divine Hands Cleaning Services LLC, a cleaning company based in Pennsylvania. When this policy says “we”, it means us.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us.
- Estimate form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, address or ZIP code, how you prefer to be contacted, details about the space (service, property type, rooms, size, frequency, pets), your preferred date and time, any notes, and any photos you upload.
- Contact form: your name, a phone number or email address, and your message.
- When you call, text or email us: whatever you tell us in that conversation.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build a profile of you as you browse.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your estimate, schedule and carry out the cleaning, and keep an ordinary record of the requests we receive.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Photos
Photos you upload help us price the job accurately. They are resized, renamed and emailed to us with your request. A copy may also be kept briefly on our web server. We only use them to prepare your estimate, and we never publish a customer's photos without asking first.
Who helps us run the site
We rely on a few trusted service providers for web hosting, data storage and email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
Cookies
We use a single cookie, and only on the pages with a form. It is a strictly necessary security cookie that checks a form submission really came from our page, so nobody can send one in your name. It holds no personal information, is never shared, and is deleted when you close your browser.
There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Content loaded from other services
Like most websites, some pages load content from other services, which receive your IP address and basic browser information in order to send it:
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces on every page.
- Leaflet (through unpkg) and OpenStreetMap, for the service-area map.
Because we do not track you across websites, a browser’s “Do Not Track” setting does not change anything on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email dhcleaning2603@gmail.com or call 223-232-9178, and we will take care of it promptly.
Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to requests is limited to the people who run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with what you share.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
